Bodytruth Family Farms is being built as a demonstration — a working example of what regenerative agriculture, community employment, and botanical production look like when they operate as one integrated system.
The farm grows the ingredients. The apothecary turns them into products. The workshops teach the skills. The experiences invite the community in. Every piece feeds every other piece. Nothing is wasted. No supply chain is longer than it needs to be.

Every plant on our land has a purpose. We grow for the apothecary, for the kitchen, for the community, and for the soil itself.
Medicinal Botanicals
Lavender, calendula, chamomile, peppermint, and more — grown specifically for use in our soap and botanical product line. Every ingredient traced back to soil we tend ourselves.
Food Crops
Heirloom vegetables, greens, beans, and root crops — grown using the same regenerative principles as our botanicals. Food sovereignty means growing food that actually feeds people.
Cover Crops & Compost
We grow for the soil as much as from it. Cover crops, compost cycles, and no-till practices keep the land healthy, build organic matter, and sequester carbon with every season.

This is also the region where the Detroit food sovereignty movement took hold — where Will Allen's model proved that community agriculture at scale was possible, and where Bodytruth's own story began.
We are not starting over here. We are coming home.
